In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jibets", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the jibets platform at jibets.app, licensed and regulated under an applicable international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the jibets website, mobile-browser application, and all associated gaming services accessible at jibets.app.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the jibets service.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the Platform.

Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited and any deposited funds returned to the verified payment source.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jibets Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitute a material breach of these Terms. jibets reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein upon discovery of duplicate accounts.

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your jibets Account. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. jibets may suspend accounts where registration information is found to be false or outdated, and may require additional documentation to reinstate account access.

The jibets Platform is intended for use by residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. jibets does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jibets login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact jibets support immediately.

jibets Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your Account to place bets or access any Platform service. Commercial use of the Platform — including but not limited to operating an account on behalf of a third party for profit — is strictly prohibited.

You may request closure of your jibets Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Accounts that have been self-excluded cannot be reopened during the applicable exclusion period.

jibets currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank). jibets reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are set out on the payments page of your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. jibets reserves the right to amend these limits from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are processed by jibets on a 24/7 basis. e-Wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended in circumstances where additional KYC verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers an internal compliance review. jibets is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

jibets operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where practicable. jibets may request source-of-funds documentation before processing large or unusual transactions. Suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotions offered by jibets are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General bonus terms applicable across all jibets promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Failure to meet eligibility criteria will result in the bonus being withheld or reversed.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are met.

All sports bets are governed by jibets' sportsbook rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the sportsbook rules as published at the time the bet was placed shall apply. jibets reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds or in circumstances where manifest errors have occurred in the pricing of markets.

All bets are subject to acceptance by jibets. jibets reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until a bet receipt has been issued. Placing a bet does not guarantee that the bet has been accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jibets Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform, scrape data, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, false KYC documentation, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in games or the Platform to derive financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering under applicable law.

jibets reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, and to forfeit any balances associated with such conduct.

jibets is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. We provide all registered Players with the following tools, accessible at all times from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced with immediate effect. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the jibets Platform without prior written consent from jibets. Scraping, mirroring, or frame-loading the Platform is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jibets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jibets makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur. jibets will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

jibets' maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jibets collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmissions between your device and the jibets Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. jibets does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jibets reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jibets holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with jibets customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
